The Second NRAS Policy Conference was held during 26-28th September 2019 at Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. The Conference was on the theme “Beyond Productivity and Populism: Reimagining India’s Agricultural and Rural Policies” and was sponsored by Ford Foundation and IIT Delhi.
